St. Michael, the Archangel is a great leader of the angels in the war against Satan and his followers. St. Michael's name means “Who is like God?”  It’s long been a Catholic custom to wear a blessed medal bearing St. Michael’s image to symbolize not only St. Michael’s protection but as a reminder of God’s triumph over evil. The reverse "AM" stands for the Latin words, "Auspice Maria" which translates as, "Under the protection of Mary."

St. Michael the Archangel is the patron saint of police officers, military, paramedics, doctors, and mariners - traditionally extremely dangerous professions, fitting with his role as protector and warrior! Be sure to have your medal blessed!

The bail on this pendant will accomodate chains up to 3.7 mm in thickness.  Larger bails for thicker chains available on request.

We generally ship via USPS Ground Advantage, and products normally arrive within 3-5 days.  Other priority shipping methods are available if desired by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the potential for shipping delays and the possibility of lost packages during transit, and agree that our company is not liable for such occurrences.  Insurance will be included for $100 of coverage.  If additional insurance is requested, it can be purchased for a small additional fee at the time of checkout.  Package tracking is included with your order so you will know when your item has shipped and its expected delivery date.  Due to our reliance on the USPS and other carriers for delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
