Shipping Information
Because each piece is carefully handmade, please allow up to 2–3 days for us to prepare and ship your order. Occasionally, there may be a delay due to weather, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances — but if we anticipate any extended delay, we’ll reach out to let you know.
We ship most orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives in 3–5 days. If you prefer a faster method, Priority and UPS options are available at checkout. All shipments include tracking and $100 of insurance, with the option to add more if desired.
Please note: Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are in the care of USPS or UPS. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, occasional delays do happen — and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
