Rosary - Flower Amazonite and Bronze Penal Center and Crucifix

Artisan crafted featuring multicolored, Amazonite gemstones and bronze.  Flower amazonite is a semi-opaque stone loved for its widely varying blue-green, light brown and cream colors. These colors provide a nice backdrop to the solid bronze pieces.  To ensure excellence, our bronze pieces are cast from antiques using the lost wax method.  The elongated center in this rosary pairs nicely with the Penal Crucifix, c. 1700s. The crucifix originated in Ireland for those making the pilgrimage to Lough Derg.  It is called the Penal Crucifix since it was designed during a time in which Roman Catholicism was under persecution in Ireland.
